BU British Programmes IT Support
Introduction
The IT room is located in the basement of Harrington Gardens, opposite the library. IT Support Staff is available every weekday morning until 11.10am.
IT issues can be reported through your personal page to Student Life and these issues will be followed up by IT. All requests for support have to include a description of the issue, your building/room location and time(s) of incident where possible.
Please note that although IT staff will look at individual issues with student laptops any problems requiring more than 15-20 minutes work or with serious issues that may affect warranty must be taken to an authorised dealer for support.
Printing
Printing is available through the Library during Library hours. All printing must be double sided. All printing problems in the Library must be reported to Library staff immediately.
Printing of academic work is also available through the front desk at the Crofton 24-7.
